Suitable sports clothing that is weather appropriate is ideal. Shin pads must be worn. All jewellery must be removed prior to each session and long hair tied back. You should also bring a bottle of water to every session. You should receive a confirmation email after signing up with more session specific details eg. shin pads for football sessions. If you haven't received the welcome email within an hour of signing up and it's not in your spam please email info@castlecoaching.co.uk and we will get one sent over to you.

Yes. We have many students who are already in a team that come to us for that extra training or because they want to have some fun whilst practicing their favourite sport!

Yes! Our sessions are suitable for all abilities as we believe this also allows the students to learn more from each other. Whether you train every week with a team or want to try something new, our sessions are suitable for you!
