MEET THE TEAM
Castle Coaching is made up of a hard working core of individuals who have a passion for coaching the next generation of football superstars. We come from a variety of different areas and backgrounds but are all united and strive to be the best we can. We are all heavily involved in football at a number of levels, including playing, coaching and managing.

Note: All of our Head coaches have a qualification in their specialist sport and ALL coaches hold a current DBS Enhanced Criminal Record with Children's Barred List Check.
MEET THE OWNERS
CHARLI STEPHENS-KING
OWNER
After working for Castle Coaching since 2022, I grew very passionate for the companies values very quickly. From a young age I've wanted to build a place for the next generation to come and relieve the pressures of school and home life and when the opportunity to Co-own Castle Coaching came up I couldn't let it pass. I've always loved working with children and this can be seen in the music lessons I currently run in LEISTON and the many years teaching and volunteering in schools I have. I'm very excited to see how we can grow Castle Coaching into the best it can be!
NATHAN SKEGGS
CO-FOUNDER AND OWNER
Having been a founder and now Co-Company owner of Castle Coaching, I have been here since the beginning and I've seen what we have achieved so far. We've had a positive impact on the the young people playing football in the local area and I'm looking forward to what is still to come. I've grown up in Framlingham and I've played for and currently coach for Framlingham Town Football Club. I also work at a local primary school as a teaching assistant and PE teacher. I can't wait to see where the next few years takes us!

ALEX GITTINS
BASED IN LEISTON
I've been playing grassroots football for about 10 years and have always taken a keen interest in the coaching game. Football has always been my biggest passion and I'm delighted to be given this oppurtunity to start coaching. My ability to work well with children from a wide range of ages comes naturally as I'm the eldest of 4 siblings. Growing up consisted of me constantly trying to get them playing the sports I loved, especially football.
BARNEY GIBBON
BASED IN FRAMLINGHAM AND WOODBRIDGE
I've been playing football all my life and I feel it is time for me to share my knowledge and skills to the wider world. I have been teaching children sport for several years as well, whhich has let me further refine my ability to coach.

BASED IN FRAMLINGHAM
I joined my first football club aged 4 in Capel St Mary where I grew up. I signed for Tottenham Hotspur FC when I was 12 and moved to London from high school, leaving them just before I turned 20. I then played in the US and Wales before coming back home and playing semi pro for Lowestoft, Stowmarket, Wroxham and for the main Leiston where we made the FA Cup 1st round. I love the way football brings us together and is enjoyed by people of any age.

Despite being just 18, I’ve been coaching
football for 4 years now, with experience
coaching at a variety of age groups,
ranging from U9's to U23's. My aim is to study football coaching and management at University next year. I absolutley love football. It’s the best sport in the world and I am glad I’ve been able to channel my passion for the game through my coaching.
